What You Will Do

  • Drive a successful, credible, and professional best practice recruitment model within the business;
  • Drive a successful, credible, and professional best practice recruitment model within the business;
  • Building a talent pool for current roles through talent pipelining;
  • Identify and attract top-performing professionals to fill job openings;
  • Define the most appropriate sourcing strategy, channels and social media to identify and attract the most talented people;
  • Organize screenings and interviews and meetings with hiring managers;
  • Manage the effective use of the Applicant Tracking system as well as other platforms to source and recruit candidates;
  • Work closely with the HR Manager to ensure successful recruitment processes and create excellent candidate experiences.

What We Are Looking For

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven knowledge and experience across all areas of the recruitment lifecycle;
  • Experience of a range of internal and external attraction & selection methodologies: sourcing solutions, competency based interviewing techniques, assessment design and delivery;
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever ideal, but not required);
  • A person with a can-do attitude, strong ownership, and effective time management skills;
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills, willing to share expertise with a team;
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English.

Gross Salary

2400 - 3300 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies
