WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Proactively seek out new affiliate advertising partners and opportunities in the market
- Point of contact for strategic existing and new partner relationships
- Own and manage a portfolio of existing partners
- Monitor conversions and provide feedback to increase revenue
- Lead tactical negotiations
- Provide regular, actionable recommendations to ensure maximum affiliate promotion and revenue
- Monitor monthly performance and earnings reports
- Proactively share knowledge & findings with a team of Affiliate Managers
- Track competition on changes and plan changes to improve performance
- Ad-hoc reporting to senior management
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
- A proven track record of at least +2 years in Account Management /or Sales
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience up-selling deals with partners
- Proactive and confident communicator across all levels of seniority, both internally and externally with partners
- Great numeric and statistical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment
- Able to make decisions that take entire company's strategy into account
- Profound in problem solving and data analysis
- Capable of planning personal goals and set initial priorities
- Strong organisational & time management skills

GROSS SALARY
- 1940 - 3300 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
