You are a seasoned content specialist with a passion for cybersecurity, eager to make a significant impact through strategic content creation. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead and manage an in-house team of content writers, overseeing freelance writers and their workflows
  • Develop and implement a robust content strategy focused on cybersecurity topics
  • Ensure the production of high-quality, SEO-optimized content and timely updates
  • Monitor competitors and stay abreast of cybersecurity trends and developments
  • Track content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize content
  • Ensure the availability of freelance resources, including industry experts and specialized writers
  • Optimize processes and automate tasks to drive sustainable growth and efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with the SEO team, Research unit, and other content teams to ensure top-notch performance
  • Foster a positive and productive work culture by providing feedback and conducting one-on-one meetings
  • Track team progress, manage workloads, and support the professional growth of team members

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, empowering and guiding a team
  • Strong understanding of SEO copywriting, editing, and content strategy principles
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude and effective decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
  • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with a team
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Deep interest in cybersecurity topics, with experience in producing related content
  • Analytical skills, with a solid understanding of key content performance metrics and experience using tools like GA4
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and SEO tools
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) or WordPress is a plus

GROSS SALARY

  • From 2975 - 3636 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
