Finance department
It is responsible for daily record keeping and maintaining an accurate history of the company’s financial records. It also prepares income statements and supports the management team by providing them with the financial data required for decision-making.

A high-performing accounts receivable specialist who has a high attention to detail and the ability to crush your tasks and deadlines consistently and reliably. If you're an insightful person who loves working with numbers, is happy to help us out with daily accounting procedures and eager to help us to answer all accounting related questions – we are looking for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Analyse sales contracts and issue sales invoices
  • Clear open items related to clients’ accounts and reconciliations
  • Ensure customers debt control
  • Operating daily accounting procedures according to process flow, service and quality requirements
  • Participate in month and year closing activities
  • Providing support during the audits and liaising with external auditors
  • Identifying and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency in processing or analysing financial information
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and analyses as directed by Finance Department needs

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

  • 2+ years of professional experience in Accounting
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field
  • Expertise in accounting programs, preferably Microsoft 365 Business Central
  • Problem-solving attitude, analytical skills with attention to details
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written

GROSS SALARY

  • 2100 - 2980 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
