An experienced and well organised individual who understands the needs of employees at all levels of their business. Who is curious about organisational development, succession planning and coaching managers to motivate and lead their teams.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals, comprehend their unique HR needs and challenges, creating customised solutions
  • Align HR initiatives with the overall business strategies to drive company to success
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement organisational structure and  ensure the pipeline of future leaders
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, identifying skill gap and resources to achieve business objectives
  • Consult with managers to address performance issues, development opportunities and career paths
  • Identify training needs and collaborate creating development programs
  • Support managers on resolving employee related issues in compliance with company policies
  • Identify opportunities for organisational improvement and change management
  • Maintain our HR systems and be responsible for data accuracy management
  • Analysing human resource metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement 
  • Help design and implement other engagement and retention initiatives to increase organisational, team, and individual performance
  • Actively participate in HR processes, projects and initiatives, suggesting improvements to enhance employee engagement, efficiency and effectiveness 

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

  • Prior HR business partner or similar role experience, especially in rapidly growing tech companies
  • Relationship management, especially at managerial and stakeholder levels
  • Business management and strategic planning
  • Verbal and written communication, including active listening, for determining business goals and suggesting ways to achieve them through human resource initiatives
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with stakeholders
  • Logic, analytics and problem-solving for evaluating business metrics and determining ways to improve results
  • Comprehensive understanding of labour legislation
  • Ability to work productively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Resilient in overcoming objections and a tenacious and determined attitude when faced with barriers or obstacles
  • Strong strategic mindset & analytical thinking
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in English (spoken and written)

GROSS SALARY

  • The starting salary, determined by experience and competences, begins at 3800 EUR/month.
