WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, update and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Lead planning and implementation of HR operations projects, change management efforts, and initiatives
- Support the pre-onboarding and onboarding process for new employees
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment by implementing initiatives such as well-being, recognition programs, surveys
- Implement and maintain programs to improve the employee experience of the organisation as a workplace
- Utilise tools to achieve business goals and take a holistic view of the organisation
- Proactively develop and implement new practices and processes to improve efficiency and prevent disengagement
- Improve, implement and administer human resources policies and procedures
- Handle complaints and disciplinary procedures for the company
- Gather, analyse, and present HR metrics, providing insights into workforce trends, turnover rates, employee engagement, and other key performance indicators
- Perform duties under minimal supervision by applying a broad knowledge and experience of HR principles, practices, and procedures
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role in an international high paced matrix environment
- A deep understanding through demonstrable application of employment, migration legislation and compliance in Lithuania
- Excellent judgement and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations, labour law
- A customer-focused outlook with a high level of discretion and professionalism
- The ability to work well with team members and management
- Cultural awareness and excellent interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills for storing and accessing different types of information on a daily basis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

GROSS SALARY
- The starting salary, determined by experience and competences, begins at 2500 EUR/month.
