Legal Department

A team of attentive professionals who contribute a lot to the success of our products by solving the most diverse, complex, and fully international legal issues on a big scale. As legal business partners, we ensure the quality and efficiency of the organization.

You 

An analytical thinker with strong attention to detail, possessing excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proactive and solution-oriented individual who excels at navigating challenges and providing sound legal advice in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Advise internal teams on various legal matters, ensuring that they are well-informed and compliant with relevant regulations
  • Prepare corporate decisions, legal documents and company policies with precision and attention to detail
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other business agreements 
  • Actively identify and mitigate legal risks and potential violations, helping the company navigate various legal requirements
  • Assess  legal or contractual issues and develop creative solutions to resolve complex matters
  • Support the company in launching new initiatives and achieving its business goals

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

  • A minimum of 4+ years of legal work experience, with a background in business law
  • A master’s degree in law
  • Experience in privacy law is considered a plus
  • Proven ability to provide legal guidance across a variety of legal issues, supporting business stakeholders effectively
  • Skills in delivering practical legal advice, operating in ambiguous situations, and prioritizing tasks while working with multiple teams
  • Strong legal risk assessment skills, with the ability to consider business strategy while remaining detail-oriented
  • A team player who thrives in a multicultural environment and collaborates seamlessly across departments
  • Great communication skills, both spoken and written, with fluency in English and Lithuanian languages

GROSS SALARY

  • 3 305 - 4 960 Eur Gross. Salary offers are based on the candidate's experience. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
