WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
- Manage onsite optimization projects and report on performance
- Provide actionable insights, identify and implement new site initiatives
- Lead and develop SEO Team, inspire good teamwork & cooperation through empowerment and motivation
- Set goals and delegate particular tasks to team members for implementation
- Grow business through the best SEO tactics & practices
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
- 2+ years of proven experience as SEO Team Lead
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Solid experience of digital marketing channels, web analytics, global SEO trends and search landscape
- Proven experience with different SEO tactics
- Strong data interpretation skills and the ability to act on data
- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)

GROSS SALARY
- From 3810 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
