WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Coordinate and manage communication with freelancers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including SEO, content, finance and web development
  • Manage project scope, goals and deliverables, ensuring project deadlines are met
  • Ensuring required tasks are assigned and completed in a correct manner and on time using project & task management tools (Click Up)
  • Monitor project & task completion progress, proactively providing timely updates to stakeholders
  • Review SEO reporting data to communicate changes to the team in a timely manner
  • Support Head of department with administrative tasks (invoices, payments)

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

  • Proven experience with process automation, streamlining workflows for efficiency
  • Familiarity with goal setting frameworks, such as OKRs, to drive team and individual performance
  • Experience in digital marketing area would be considered an advantage
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong decision-making abilities
  • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities

GROSS SALARY

  • Salary is 1990 - 2810 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies
